- Standard delivery time: 7 to 20 business days for international shipments.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS (if available from the supplier).
- Tracking updates may take 2-5 days to reflect after dispatch.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
