Third party testing shows below safe limits for lead
As a rule I do not write reviews but this company is doing all the right things… They are keeping the lead down and doing the third party testing. I went through the process to get the labs for the lot I purchased and it was well under the stricter California limits for lead and other heavy metals.
Does not dissolve.
I have used Nutricost whey protein powder concentrate unflavored for years. No problems. Does not taste great, does not taste terrible. Dissolves completely in a shaker bottle. Has neither sugar nor artificial sweetener. So far, so good. For my recent order, I realized there is a specific grass fed version so I tried that. This batch or this version is clumping up in the shaker bottle. Does not completely dissolve. This is unacceptable.
Best Bang For Your Buck High Quality Protein Isolate
I have previously been using Isopure’s zero carb unflavored protein powder, which I love, so I use it as a barometer when judging other protein powders. However, Nutricost’s grass fed whey isolate protein powder met that bar. I’d argue that this product is the best bang for your buck clean protein powder on the market. The taste and smell are pleasant, and not to mention it’s easily digestible. I will be a regular buyer and consumer of this terrific product. I rate this a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The only negative and it wasn’t a major turn off is the amount of foam in my shaker after I consumed the liquid. I feel like I’m being petty even mentioning it bc the positives are aplenty.

Simple and effective
Straightforward, clean grass fed whey protein. If ur looking for a very body-healthy protein, buy a couple of these. The taste is bland but it’s unflavored- what would anyone expect?
